We're in the final days of summer, and nobody wants to think about fall, let alone Winter. But this Winter comes with a bit of extra homework for Condo Boards and Strata Councils in Alberta and B.C. Come November 1st, Alberta and B.C. are skipping the "fall back" for good, so mornings are about to stay dark a lot longer this year. 🔦

Before Winter hits, take a walk through your community's courtyards, walkways, and parking lots while it's still dark out, flag any dim or burnt-out lights, and make sure any lighting on a timer (not a sensor) is reset for the new schedule. A little lighting TLC now means safer mornings for everyone once the time change (or lack thereof) kicks in.

Earlier this summer, members of the Tribe team were honoured to join Habitat for Humanity GTA, community partners and local leaders to celebrate the opening of William St. in Brampton and welcome 12 families to their new homes.
