Most people see the finished product.
The beautiful condo.
The ocean view.
The lifestyle.
What they don't see is what happens after you get the keys.
When Rosalia and I arrived in Puerto Vallarta, we landed with five packed suitcases, our dog, and an entirely empty house. No furniture. No vehicle. No dining table. No chairs.
Just a vision of what the property could become.
What followed was a crash course in setting up a lifestyle investment property in Mexico. Customs, Costco runs, Amazon deliveries, waiting for trades, learning the area, and solving dozens of small challenges every day.
Some moments were frustrating.
Many were memorable.
All of them were part of the adventure.
