A great trip to China visiting our manufacturing partners and seeing firsthand how our products are made.

One of the biggest takeaways was meeting the people behind the process. It was great to see employees who genuinely enjoyed their work and took pride in what they do. Their positive attitude, attention to detail, and teamwork were evident throughout every factory we visited.

🏡 June Market Update

June showed some encouraging signs, with home sales up compared to last year and what feels like a bit of a late push heading into summer.

While inventory remains relatively high, we're seeing more buyers becoming active and prices have stayed fairly steady.

It'll be interesting to see how the rest of the summer unfolds.
