Just a few days of spring left, capping off what was an unusual spring market. We didn't see the typical seasonal bump in buyer activity that we're used to at this time of year.

The timing of the war in the Middle East was certainly one factor, but I believe a declining population and overall economic uncertainty played a bigger roll.

Having said that, we have seen a modest bump in urgency over the last 4 weeks or so. It will be interesting to see if any of that momentum carries over into what are traditionally slower summer months.

In full blown Fri-Yay mode! Fun times + hamburgers = smiles from ear to ear. Hard to argue with that!

Real estate transactions are unlike any other. People often say it's "just business," but the reality is that buying or selling a home carries an emotional weight that few other transactions can match.
