This Penthouse has taken me 4 years and 4 listing cycles and is now officially Sold!!
We first started in a 2021 covid market where buyers were moving away from the city and properties like this weren't transacting well.
Then we faced uncertainty of the construction site next door which finally was confirmed at a height below this vantage point.
Then when I had a quality offer last year, my client's circumstances had changed and they needed to remove the property from the market.
