Here’s something a lot of landlords are forgetting right now 👀

Rents don’t just go up forever anymore.

And when it comes to rent increases, timing matters just as much as the amount.

Yes — you can only raise rent once every 12 months.
But that doesn’t mean you have to raise it immediately at month 12.

Sometimes the smarter play is:
