St REGIS The Residences in DOWNTOWN*:
- Emaar will be launching first *Tower 2* -- approx 430 units - total 40 floors;
- Tower will consist only of *1 and 2 bedroom options*;
- *Positioning*: 2 beds in front and 1 beds on the sides and the back.
