FEBRUARY MARKET STATS ARE OUT!

Coming off a mild January, the Fraser Valley real estate market saw an increase in sales activity and overall inventory in February along with decreased prices in several of its communities.

Here’s a little breakdown:
- February sales were down 29.1% from the same month a year before.
- There were 47.6% more homes listed than the previous year.
- The benchmark price for a single-family detached home was $958,900.
