I am taking my landlord/manager to "Residential Tenancy court" in regard to heat issue. How greedy these people get when they have money!The guy says heat included on the lease and then doesn't want to put it on, because it is expensive! Wish me luck this is second time I am going to the residential tenancy for the same reason, but this time there are more of my neighbours supporting me . They have given their name and apartment number to present with my case. W.....i......s....h......me......llll......uuuuuuu..........ck.

One of my neighbours was telling me today that "just because we are renting we should not be living a less fortunate life and without respect".

Not only it's cold and we have no heat in the building, but whenever they do repair and change something they get the cheapest and worst quality in the market.The top of my kitchen cabinet was changed. It was replaced with a cheap materials and the tiles are also not suitable for the kitchen, but for the old baths possibly in Iran or Turkey(today both countries are doing much better than Canada in many ways).
