That's a wrap everyone!

It's been an incredible journey. We're grateful to leave a landmark in Vancouver West that we hope will stand the test of time and be here for generations to enjoy.

Rooftop Party ~
We are hugely grateful to everyone who contributed their time to this project. And with a rooftop with a Vancouver view to die for, what more could we do but find a little time as we got closer to the finish line to celebrate the achievement.
Back in the days when we were allowed to, we showed Kitsilano what the rooftop was made for. A guided tour of the finished suites ending on the rooftop, followed by a glass of champagne from the outdoor bar, live music playing to the surrounding neighbourhood, on a gorgeous summer evening with 360 degree views of Vancouver.

Topped off with a delicious bbq, with thanks to our local and we celebrated in style!

Daytime View or Twilight View?
Who knew that there was such a spectacular view from W11th and Maple, from the ground you would never know that you could see right out to the mountains.
This is such a luxury bonus for our Eleven West owners. Just think, step from your mini home office to take a break, a couple of yoga stretches, in front of this view...

At Eleven West, we wanted to create a luxury concrete boutique living space that allowed each of the owners to enjoy a high level of privacy and security.

With an elevator from the front door of the complex or from the privacy and shelter of your private car parking space in the underground, each owner has the great comfort of direct lift access straight to the front door of their entire floor unit.

The 1800sqft apartment floorplans were built to utilise as much space as possible, capitalising on the beautiful surrounding views and the tree lined streets, while providing everything you could possibly need in a home and office environment.

We are so happy for all our final homeowners.

Eleven West Heritage...Did you know?

✅ The City of Vancouver unanimously voted to restore 2655 Maple Street back to it's original state and designate it as a Vancouver Heritage Building.
✅ The entire building was moved 3 times on the build site in order to construct the underground parking and storage facilities.
✅ 11 layers of stucco were removed to find the buildings true colour, you can see this colour reflected in true form today as you walk by.
✅ While removing the ceiling upstairs to restore the roof, the builders found additional ceiling space adding over 2ft to the upstairs ceiliing height.
