A life-long Vancouver resident, Collin was born at Vancouver General Hospital and raised in Richmond, BC. Prior to becoming a REALTOR, Collin’s career path has equipped him with the kind of skills and specialized knowledge that his clients find an asset to their real estate experience. He developed his detailed knowledge of Lower Mainland neighborhoods and his understanding of neighborhood value working out of high school as a courier for Purolator Canada. He then spent many years in the restaurant and hospitality business, managing bars and restaurants, and later owning and operating his own successful business. At these establishments he honed his talents for doing business with a personal touch, managing large-scale finances, and networking to build solid industry relationships. As well, having studied Marketing at BCIT, Collin has the knowledge and practical experience necessary to position your house to sell and attract qualified buyers. Collin is a family man, with three young sons and a daughter , and a homeowner himself.
