The bridge they canceled in 2017 would have been finished in 2022...at likely ⅓ the cost.

Westbank's Joyce II 360 unit rental tower is now in receivership. Maybe too many rentals coming online too quickly in the Lower Mainland? Maybe too much market manipulation by the City/Province/Feds? 🤔...
All while making it harder and harder for the little guy landlord to make a go of it.
