There’s an old saying that says “Cold Weather =Hot Buys” December usually brings out both motivated Buyers and Motivated Sellers! Let’s talk strategy. Can you Buy now and sell you home early in the New Year? Should you wait and see if prices soften even further? As always, I am happy to offer my advice!

Slow sales and high inventory gave buyers the edge in October.
Home sales on the MLS® in Metro Vancouver were 14% lower than last October, as quieter sales and growing inventory created more favourable conditions for buyers this fall.

With November wrapping up soon, the question now is: will these trends continue?
