Rates held for the 3rd time in a row.

No change for variable payments…
but the bigger story is confidence starting to come back.

Add in the new GST rebate for first-time buyers on new builds,
and we’re starting to see more movement in the market.

If you’ve been waiting, this shift matters.

Sold. A big congratulations to my seller on closing this chapter in Kitsilano and heading into an exciting new journey over on the Island. Grateful to have been part of the process and wishing her nothing but the best in what comes next.

If you’re thinking about a move, even just starting to explore what’s possible, I’m always happy to chat.

If other professions posted like Realtors did, your feed would be absolute chaos 😂

Funny because it’s true.

Real estate is a mix of coffee, contracts, keys, quick lunches in the car, and conversations that never really end. It’s fast paced, people focused, and always moving.

I’ll still be sharing the sold homes, the new listings, and the happy client moments. I’m proud of the work and the trust behind each one.

If you or someone you know is buying or selling a home in Vancouver, I’m always happy to chat. No pressure. Just honest advice and real local insight.

Feeling very grateful today.

Real estate is never about one deal or one year, it’s about relationships built over time.
I’m honoured to have qualified for the 2025 Medallion Club as an individual agent, and that only happens because of amazing clients who trust me with big life decisions.

Thank you for the referrals, repeat business, and for sticking with me through a challenging market. I truly don’t take it lightly.

If you know someone thinking about buying or selling, I’d be grateful for an introduction. I promise they’ll be looked after with the same care and honesty you’ve come to expect.

Real estate journeys take time ⏳

I first met my client a few years ago through my website when she was just starting to think about buying and waiting on her Permanent Residency. We stayed in touch, watched the market, and waited for the right moment.

Fast forward a few years, PR approved ✅ and we secured a great deal on an investment condo in Surrey 🏙️

This is how it often works in Vancouver. No rush, no pressure. Just timing, patience, and a plan that actually fits your life.

If you’re thinking about buying one day but not quite there yet, that’s totally okay. The conversation can start long before the purchase does.
