OCTOBER MARKET STATS ARE OUT!
An increase in newly listed properties is providing more choices to home buyers across Metro Vancouver, but sales remain below long-term averages.
Here’s a little breakdown:
- October sales were up 3.7% from the same month last year.
- There were 15.4% more homes listed than the previous year.
- The benchmark price for a home in Metro Vancouver was $1,196,500
