September Market Update 📊
Metro Vancouver home sales declined 8.4% year-over-year in September, with apartment sales down 18.6%. Detached sales, meanwhile, increased 4.2%, while townhouse sales edged up 0.6%. Overall, the market continues to see elevated inventory and gradually declining prices, with the composite benchmark down 5.5% year-over-year. 🏡
