MARCH MARKET STATS ARE OUT!

Metro Vancouver’s housing market saw steady home buyer demand to begin March and a levelling off of activity as the month went on and concerns about the COVID-19 outbreak intensified.
Here’s a little breakdown:

- March sales were down 19.9% from the 10-year average for the month.
- There were 10.4% fewer homes listed than the previous year.
- The benchmark price for a home in Metro Vancouver was $1,033,700.
