If I'm not in the office or out attending to the needs of those I work for you can find me running through Stanley Park, exercising or playing sports at the downtown Robert Lee YMCA, or enjoying some time with friends up and down one of the coolest streets in North America, Main Street! I grew up in New Westminster (25 mins South East of Downtown Vancouver) the proud son of a Realtor and Canadian Lacrosse Hall of Famer: Ed Goss. Witnessing first hand the interactions he had with clients and agents alike. Didn't learn all that much from delivering flyers but rather from my eavesdropping on the countless discussions with buyers/sellers/agents. Internalizing the positive way he shared feedback and honest opinions, negotiated deals and ultimately celebrated successes with the clients that meant so very much to him. I've taken that insight along with those learned from my time spent within BCIT's Marketing Management program and applied them to my own practice when I was licensed back in January of 2007. I've grown so very much from that time 10 years ago. This much thanks to my amazing family, the great colleagues I've dealt with throughout this industry and the incredible people I've been so blessed to serve as Realtor to.
