Robin McInnis - Vancouver Real Estate Award winning REALTOR®, business owner and ace negotiator. Robin is a wannabe artist, food-lover and mother to a very active 6 year old.

Her business acumen bloomed early when, at the age of four, she told her father in an open house to “ask for a cookie” as an add-on from a potential buyer. Always taking the direct approach, it came as a bit of a shock to everyone (except possibly Robin herself) when she detoured from real estate and decided to pursue a career in finance rather than follow her father into the family business. For

nearly a decade and a half, Robin oversaw her clients’ wealth portfolios and learned how to play well with other Investment Advisors. Growing up in a large family, she learned early on how to speak directly, mediate almost any situation and negotiate in such a way that everyone wins. Luckily, it also taught her how to eat crow. After the birth of her son, Robin sold her Investment business, returned to her first passion, real estate, and began managing her family’s investment property portfolio as well as her own group of clients.
