Winston began his real estate career in 2008, focusing on land analysis and assembly. Through exceptional mentorship by industry veterans, he honed his craft and celebrated early successes along Vancouver’s renowned Cambie Corridor, moving over $250M worth of inventory while working on three landmark projects with Magnum Projects. In 2015, Winston joined Alabaster Homes as Director of Sales, a role he fondly describes as his "second home."
