Took my mom out for a late lunch at the new A Bite of Shunde in Richmond, and we’re both officially hooked.

If you go, you have to get the Clay Pot Rice. It’s loaded with Chinese sausage and preserved meats, and that crispy rice layer at the bottom? Absolute perfection. We paired it with a few dim sum sides for the perfect midday feast.

Add this new gem to your Richmond foodie bucket list!

Great food at Boulevard Kitchen & Oyster Bar , better company, and invaluable insights.

Always a pleasure to sit down and talk strategy with Winson Chan (Tridel), that's Winston without the "T", and we have been mistaken for each other in the last decade within the real estate and development community. It’s incredibly rewarding to compare notes on what we’re seeing on the ground—bridging the gap between the luxury market in Vancouver, Tridel’s incredible development work in Toronto, and the broader global trends shaping our industry.

The market is always evolving, but conversations like these remind me how important it is to keep learning from peers across the country.

Thank you once again to who made the connection while in Toronto a couple of months ago at the Sotheby's International Realty Canada

The biggest single sporting event in human history has officially arrived, and Vancouver is stepping onto the world stage! 🇨🇦⚽

BC Place just got a massive $196M facelift—complete with a beautiful new hybrid grass pitch, upgraded fan tech, and a nearly sold-out 7-match lineup starting THIS SATURDAY with Australia vs. Türkiye. 🇦🇺🇹🇷

With 48 teams across 3 countries and a casual $1 BILLION projected boost to BC’s economy, the energy in the city is already unreal.

Okay, I’ll admit it—I am not the target market for luxury brands. But LV The Place Bangkok completely blew me away.

Located in the Gaysorn District, it’s a brilliant mix of a stunning botanical café and an immersive gallery tracking the history of Louis Vuitton. The ex*****on, the storytelling, and the aesthetics are top-tier.

But the real plot twist? Right before you exit the exhibition, there’s an interactive screen you press... and it dispenses a free souvenir. I walked away with a beautiful tote bag! 😭 Pack your bags, it’s completely free to enter but you do need to book a ticket online.

Would you visit for the cafe, the gallery, or the freebie? 👇

No frills, no fuss, just elite Cantonese comfort food. Sanbo has been holding it down as an absolute OG in Richmond for years. That wok hei hits different every single time.

Why you must eat at .

This is officially my ultimate personal style of dining. The brilliant brings his world-class French pedigree to a high-vibe, neighborhood bistro format. No stuffiness, just flawless ex*****on. It makes complete sense that he took home the Thailand Opening of the Year award. He is already expanding his footprint in Bangkok with his brand-new venue, Felix.

We feasted on the Gordal Olives, Chicken Liver Mousse, Razor Clams, Frisee Salad, Amberjack, Spicy Crab Paccheri, and the Paris Ham & Comte Pithiviers. Every single dish hit the mark.

The real proof of a perfect meal? We inhaled the Angus Flat Iron and Grilled Sea Bass so fast that we forgot to take a single photo, so I had to borrow those two images from their website. We finished the night with the Flan au Caramel and the 72% Chocolate Tart.

Put Margo BKK on your list immediately.
