A major milestone for 1415 Aspen Road ✔️
This week, the project received rezoning approval from Council — bringing us one step closer to delivering 153 purpose-built rental homes and 10 live-work units to Squamish.

Behind the scenes at Anchor.
Our marketing and development team walked the site this week to check in on the latest construction progress. The 6th floor is on track to wrap up this month, with work continuing on the floors below. It’s exciting to see everything starting to come together!

We got festive at the office yesterday! 🎄✨
Our Denciti team spent the afternoon decorating the Christmas tree, adding holiday touches around the office, and enjoying good snacks, good music, and even better company.

It’s become a fun little tradition for us — a relaxed way to connect, unwind, and start the season on a cheerful note.
