We are pleased to announce that our phase one Occupancy Permit has been received. Notice of Completion dates are now being issued to purchasers with closings starting on June 12, 2019. Thanks for your patience with the delays - we're sure you will be very pleased with the completed Tate building - its so beautiful!

Here are some very recent photos of the beautiful building and one of the many amenity rooms at Tate Downtown. We are getting real close to having the building completed and then our purchasers can get used to calling this place home. Everyone is looking forward to this!
