New listing in Burnaby!

A giant congratulations to my clients on the successful conclusion to their 2022 real estate journey!
-It began with listing and selling their investment penthouse apartment at 4300 Mayberry in Burnaby in January while the market was on fire.
-In a very different market in October, I listed and sold their riverfront leasehold townhome at 8446 Quayside in Vancouver.
-Now in December we closed the loop with the purchase of a detached home with huge potential at 1685 Evelyn in North Vancouver (special thanks to Kim Parish https://kimparish.com for her help with a critical part of this deal!).

Sometimes it takes a while for all the puzzle pieces to fall into place, but we did it!
