October 2018 Benchmark Prices across the Lower Mainland showing slow decline in prices.

[rennie intelligence] Langley - Benchmark prices remain resilient in Langley when measured on a year-over-year basis, rising for all three product types, and led by 12% for condos, in the 12 months to October 2018. Some signs of slowing can be seen in the month-over-month data, however, with benchmark condo prices down 2% and detached prices down 1.1% in October vs September.
