Thank God! I did it again right at the beginning of this year....The following condo listing is located in the popular Cambie corridor, so close to conveniences and QE Park! Sold substantially over the asking price, with 12 offers after 8 days of being listed on the market. The supply of such good listings is so scarce! 🎉🙏🥳

condo unit in prime Fairview Slopes, Vancouver Westside, over the asking price!
