nada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC) under the Rental Construction Financing Initiative program. Geared to low-and-moderate income households, 71 per cent of the units are family residences incorporating barrier free design requirements throughout all common areas and amenities. Twelve homes are fully accessible, and the building(s) achieve a 15% reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and energy efficiencies against the National Energy Code of Canada for Buildings (NECB 2015) baseline. Now well under construction, TL Housing Solutions is proud to deliver these homes ahead of schedule.
