4 sets of clients are getting keys this week, and we are feeling very lucky to be part of these moments.

A brand new townhome near Commercial Drive.

A concrete highrise in Coquitlam.

A Mount Pleasant 1 bedroom in a building that has already completed major updates.

And a Hastings condo with a rooftop deck that is ridonculous.

That’s what we love about this work. A great home does not look the same for everyone.

Sometimes it is location. Sometimes it is building quality. Sometimes it is future planning. Sometimes it is the feeling you get when you imagine your life there.

Al and Connie at QMUNITY’s annual IDAHOBIT Breakfast, supporting the essential work QMUNITY does for q***r, trans, and Two-Spirit communities across BC.

QMUNITY is preparing to move into a new purpose-built 13,000 sq. ft. space at 981 Davie Street, with expanded programs, counselling spaces, peer support, community connection, and accessibility at the heart of the project. This is more than a building. It’s a safer, stronger home for our community.

Hot tip for all you tenants out there! A lot of the people we work with start out as renters, and sometimes it’s a situation like this that gets them thinking about what’s next.

If your landlord is planning to demolish, they need permits in place before serving a 4 month notice.
And you’re entitled to 1 month compensation.
