July was a good month ✨

Two sets of keys, two character homes, two families putting down roots in East Van. There's nothing better than handing over keys to people who have been dreaming about this moment!

Our first couple just made the move back from Germany and found a beautiful character home to raise their daughter in. Coming home to Vancouver and finding the right house at the same time is no small thing, and watching them settle into this one has been a joy.

Our second couple bought their very first home, another East Van character gem. They're already planning the garden and dreaming up all the ways they'll make it their own. First-time buyers in this market deserve a serious round of applause 👏
