Mount Seymour Mid Century. Navigating a single family home purchase in Vancouver is not easy these days. Super excited for some friends first, clients second, who were able to pick this great property up in multiple offers (7) over the holidays. One of the best parts, we weren’t even the highest bidder, not even close! There’s a lot more than price that goes into making a successful offer. Having a clear and defined strategy ahead of time makes all the difference.

A few notes about the house. 1950’s post and beam with tons of character, warmth, and style. Perfect family home with 3 beds up, rec room and mortgage helper below. Massive 9230sf lot nestled amongst some towering evergreens with the sounds of McCartney Creek in the background. Pics don’t quite do it justice (tenanted property) but I love this house.
