How much should condo fees really cost in the GTA? 🤔

If your only strategy is “the lower the condo fees, the better,” we need to have a little chat. 😅

Condo fees can tell you a lot about a building, what’s included, and even how well it’s managed. Sometimes a higher fee is worth every penny, and sometimes a low fee should make you ask a few more questions.

In this reel, I’m spilling the tea on what I consider a reasonable condo fee in the GTA; and why the monthly number doesn’t tell the whole story.

“What’s the best property age?” 🤔

I get asked this all the time... and the answer isn’t as straightforward as you’d think.

The truth? There isn’t a magic number.

A well-maintained older home can be a better investment than a poorly built newer one, and a newer home isn’t automatically the better choice either.

When buying a home, it’s about looking at the condition, location, maintenance history, and your long-term goals; not just the year on the listing.
