www.CondoPriceHistory.ca is a place where you can see the 10 year value growth (and current value) of condos in and around the GTA, and you don’t have to provide any contact details. It’s a website run by me and the team I’m a part of. If your property is not found on the site or you would like to get an update on your property, just let me know.

The main reason this website was created was to give people access to Real Estate information, without having people provide any emails or contact details. I always find it annoying that I have to provide an email address to access information online. Now, you can secretly check out the value of condos in Toronto.

Signings begin on Oct. 24 Thursday for the Phase 1 Platinum stage. The deadline to get in worksheets is tomorrow (October 21st) 12pm, which is when the developer starts allocating units on a first-come first-serve basis. If this condo project is something that interests you, please contact as soon as possible so my team can work on securing you a unit. There may or may not be units available after this, but we will do our best to get you a unit if you express interest after the deadline for the worksheets.
