One detail I always focus on when touring properties with buyers has very little to do with the actual structure.

It’s the vibe of the neighborhood.

Are families out enjoying an evening stroll?
Do you spot kids playing on the sidewalk?
Are neighbors waving as they drive by?
Does the block feel peaceful, well-loved, and vibrant?

Because when you purchase a property, you aren’t just investing in layout, quartz counters, or square feet.

You’re investing in the pulse of the street.
The atmosphere of the block.
The rhythm of the community.
The day-to-day experience you’ll have every time you step outside.

A property can tick every box on paper, but if the surrounding area doesn't align with how you live, it won't feel like the right match.

That’s why I always encourage my clients to look past the threshold.
