Christmas Edition - Question and Answer

1. " Should I take my house off the market during Christmas?"

Answer- No because the people that are looking are serious. During the Holidays, people are having gatherings and more often than not are thinking of needing more space to entertain!

2. "Should I take my Christmas Tree down when I show my house?

Answer- No! Showing a classy amount of decor makes people feel the warmth of the home. Allowing them to envision their own traditions there. Don't go crazy and fill the house, but a tree and a some stockings are good.

3. Is it a good time to find a deal ?

Answer- Yes! The market could go up at any time. Speculators say interest rate reductions are over for 2026, and if that's true the market will liven up. Go out and find that home you wanted to upgrade. It's easier in a balanced market!

Reminder*** Never take pictures with a Christmas Tree and decor. The pictures will then look stale in January or February if it doesn't sell quickly! If you want to add a picture in that's great, but don't base all your pictures with Christmas decor
