With today being I'd like to announce that my goal for 2022 is to make an even larger contribution towards the fight against cancer, and do my part towards a .

In 2021, thanks to the support from all of my clients, and partners in Real Estste, including a whole host of builders who have provided me with the opportunity to sell great projects from .homes and ( )

I was able to make significant donation to the (Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation) to be able to further research better ways to rid the world of this disease.

Most may already know, 2021 was the year I was personally affected by this disease when my mother was diagnosed with an advanced form of it, earlier in the year. Thankfully with the advancements made through such donations in the past, my mother was able to come ahead with this.

I will be setting aside 50% of my net earnings received from the sale of any home or property listed through me and my Real Estate venture in 2022, and donating this to The Princess Margaret Cancer Foundation for Cancer Research.

Once again this year, I’d like to thank all of my clients, friends, and family for your trust and faith in me as a Realtor.

Because of your support, I was once again honoured to receive the award for 2021.

Thanks to your support, I am also announcing a new initiative - one which will allow me to give back to the community and make a real impact. Full details around this will be revealed on my new site: RealtorForCharity.ca.

To end the year, and to start this initiative, I have gone ahead and partnered up with the to make a $50,000 donation - and going into 2022 will set aside a percentage of all Real Estate commissions earned, which will go towards fighting cancer! With your help, my aim is to double that donation amount next year!

As I’m sure most have noticed, I don’t waste my time advertising, and even my social media presence is limited. My success in Real Estate is driven by Your “word of mouth” referrals.

My goal is always to ensure my clients are happy with their purchase - whether for living in, or an investment, and of course this is the main reason for my success in the industry.
