The Toronto Regional Real Estate Board’s (TRREB) Market Outlook and Year in Review report indicates that a well-balanced housing supply will keep annual home price growth in line with inflation. The average selling price in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) is expected to see moderate increases throughout the year.
For all home types combined, the average selling price is projected to reach $1,147,000, reflecting a 2.6% increase over 2024. Price growth is anticipated to be stronger for single-family homes, while the condo apartment market is expected to remain well-supplied.
