🔹 Average Sale Price: $1,107,463 ↑ (up from $1,093,254 in March)
🔹 Sales Volume: 5,601 homes sold ↑ (up from 5,011)
🔹 New Listings: 27,386 🔥 (huge jump from 17,263)
🔹 Avg. Days on Market: 25 days ⏱️ (vs. 24 in March)

Still in a Buyer’s Market – but inventory and activity are heating up!

🔹 Average Price: $678,048 ↓ (from $682,019 in March)

The GTA real estate numbers for March are in.

Average sale price came in at $1,093,254 with over 17,000 new listings and just over 5,000 sales.

With more inventory and longer days on market, conditions are tipping toward a buyer’s market this spring."

"Condo prices averaged $682,019, and properties spent about 24 days on the market.

It’ll be interesting to see how April shapes up.
