It’s not that there’s NO space, it’s just that there’s not enough of it.

You want to be able to invite guests over and host all the big holiday dinners. You would love it if your house was the ‘go-to’ place for all your friends and family.

Plus right now there’s barely enough room for any member of the household to have their own private area. You just feel on top of one another on a day to day basis.

This was a great investment as a young couple and it’s served its purpose but truth be told, you’ve never really loved this house.

You’ve made it work over the years. But the layout was never ideal.

Sure you could renovate but that would cost more than it was worth. And that would change the proximity of your neighbors or the location.

We love our family vacations.

It all started with deciding to go on a trip one Christmas in lieu of gift giving. The gift of travel instead!

And now we look forward to our regular vacations. We try to do 2 a year.

One in the summer and one at New Years.

And the more the merrier!

We do alot of group trips. My hubby and the kids, and their partners. Sometimes it’s my girlfriends and their kids and partners.

We join forces and make them the most memorable trips.

We pick our destination and then we just enjoy ourselves.

Everyone is free to plan and explore what they want to do during the day and then we all usually meet up for dinner together.

These memories are invaluable and I’m so grateful we’re able to do this and create these moments to remember.

Being a stay at home mom, helped me create a great bond with the kids.

It helped me to really focus on helping them as they grew and were building their foundations as individuals.

Even from young kids, you can see their strengths and skills. Their passions were clear.

They’re all pretty smart and I loved being there to teach them and help them as much as I could.

I felt very blessed to be able to do that.

And then once I saw that soon I’d be on my own as they went off and spread their wings, I wasn’t ready to stop being that support.

Today, it looks a little different, but I feel I took what I learned from building my kids up and put it into helping my clients.

An important part of the selling and buying process is having a guide to help you. Having someone who knows where you need the support the most during this journey.

Every family is different and the process never looks exactly the same, just like with the kids!

I want to have the same kind of bond with my clients!

Knowing what to do in each case, helps us make sure everyone gets what they need at the right time.
