Major update for homebuyers in Ontario 👇
The government proposing to remove the 13% HST on new homes.
That could mean savings of up to $130,000 for eligible buyers.

* Full rebate for homes up to $1M
* Still strong savings up to $1.5M
* Partial rebates beyond that
This expected to be a limited-time measure (around 1 year) to help with affordability and increase housing supply.
