✔ More buyers qualify
This rebate is no longer limited to first-time buyers, opening the door for more people to take advantage of it.

✔ Significant savings potential
Eligible buyers could receive up to 13% HST back on new homes up to $1 million, with rebates available on homes up to $1.85 million. That’s potential savings of up to $130,000.

✔ More opportunity in the new build market
This could make new construction homes more accessible and competitive compared to resale options.

✔ Time matters
To qualify, purchase agreements must be signed by March 31, 2027, so planning ahead is key.
