Today, members of our Signature Communities team attended the BILD Women’s Lunch, connecting with women across our industry and sharing experiences, challenges, and perspectives that often transcend our different roles.

A highlight was hearing from Sarah Wilkes, Olympic bronze medallist with Team Canada’s women’s curling team at the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympics. Her insights on resilience, teamwork, and perseverance were a powerful reminder to keep challenges in perspective.
