Vaughan rents moved up!
1 beds up 1%…😬 not a market changing jump but still something we haven’t seen in a long time.

Vaughan rents just did something they have not done in months. 👀

They stopped falling.

One-beds are still down 4.4% from a year ago. But two-beds are flat now, and what units actually leased for sits within about 3% of asking.

Renters still have room to negotiate, just a little less than before.
