🏡 Toronto Real Estate Market Update - November 2024 🏡

The GTA real estate market showed strong growth in November, with increased sales activity and a rise in average home prices. Buyers are benefiting from lower borrowing costs, while sellers are seeing demand for certain home types continue to rise.

➡️ 5,875 sales through TRREB’s MLS® system—a 40.1% increase from November 2023.
