October’s market showed steady activity across Greater Victoria, with single-family homes leading demand and the highest October sales since 2020.

Condo sales were softer, giving buyers more choice and time to decide.

Things we love about living in Victoria, BC
(I moved to Victoria from Winnipeg in 2017 - Ricki-Lee)

The ocean
I always dreamed of living by the ocean and I still pinch myself daily

What grows here!
The flowers, veggies, and fruit that grow here! Our neighbours have a kiwi tree! How cool is that?

The community
I love how often I see flowers, fruits and veggies left out for neighbours. Coffee shops where regulars all know each other. A wave and “hello” in the morning by the water.

The local businesses
They truly embody the heart of Victoria and add so much magic to life here.

Proximity to adventure
I’m always amazed but what we can do in a weekend, a day trip, or even just a couple hours.

The weather!
Yes, we have our share of rain in the winter, but there’s also a lot of sunshine! The mild weather year round makes it so easy to spend as much time as possible outside.

Year-round markets
The markets in Victoria are the best of everything I’ve already mentioned.

Downtown Langford’s tallest tower, RidgeView Place (formerly Danbrook One), has made headlines again — this time for a multi-million-dollar negligence lawsuit against the City of Langford. The building was evacuated twice due to ongoing structural and seismic issues, leaving 90 units empty and residents displaced.
