Sales declined across both single family homes and condominiums compared to last year, with the market showing signs of shifting toward more balanced conditions. The good news? 📈 There's much more inventory available for buyers!

Here's a little breakdown:

• Last month's sales were 19.7% fewer than a year before.
• There were 9.6% more homes listed than the previous year. 🏡
• The benchmark price for a single family home in Victoria Core was $1,265,500.

Victoria’s housing market slowed a bit in November, but there are still opportunities for buyers and sellers!

• Home sales were down 18.1% 📉 from last November, with 451 homes changing hands.
• 🏘️ Active listings dropped slightly to 3,152, down 7.9% from last month.
• Benchmark price for a single-family home in Victoria Core is $1,276,700 💰
