The successful candidate should have 4+ years of related experience in the following:

- Property management experience
- Excellent maintenance skills
- Knowledge of drywall, minor plumbing, and electrical repairs
- Painting
- Flooring
- Roofing
- Janitorial duties- Apartment cleaning
- Lawn and garden care and underground sprinkler maintenance.
- Good public relation skills and self-motivated are a must.
- Safety Courses including: WHMIS, First Aid, & Fall Arrest.
