January 🏡 STATS 📊📈📉
A total of 474 properties were sold in Greater Victoria in the first month of 2022! Although, it may seem like our market is slowing down, when we take a deep dive into the data we can see that is not the case. Not only do we have to consider the number of homes sold but also the number of homes that were available for sale. January 2021 broke the record for the lowest inventory month and this January broke that record nearly in half! Therefore, the lack of inventory in the market really impacts the numbers we are seeing.
