Volunteer at Quadra Village Day! Sign up is OPEN NOW!

Volunteers are needed for the Quadra Village Communit Centre’s fun, family event, Quadra Village Day!

Various roles include:
set up and take down
serving pancakes and ice cream
running children’s activities
compost/recycling
and more!

The event will be on May 9th, shifts varying from 8am-4pm

❄️ Winter Clothing Donations Needed ❄️

We’re currently short on warm and waterproof winter clothing for our clothing room and could really use your help.

If you have gently used winter coats, boots, hats, gloves, or other cold-weather essentials, please consider donating. At this time, we’re not accepting summer or spring clothing.

📍 Drop-off location: 901 Kings Road
🕒 Donations can be dropped off during our regular operational hours

⚠️ Please note: We will be closing for our winter break on December 24th at 2:00 PM and reopening on January 5th.

Starting TODAY (January 6), you may request a mail ballot by completing an online form, by calling 250.361.0571 or dropping by Legislative Services at Victoria City Hall on weekdays from 9 a.m.-4 p.m.

• The deadline to request a mail ballot is 4 p.m. on Friday, January 31, 2025.
• Completed ballots should be placed in the mail by February 1.
• NOTE: After February 1, return mail ballots to the Drop Box at the Pandora Avenue entrance of City Hall or by 8 p.m. at an advance voting opportunity or one of the voting places on General Voting Day.

Note: Your mail ballot must be received by the City of Victoria by 8 p.m. on Saturday, February 8, 2025 to be counted.
