First Time Home Buyers GST Rebate Announcement

As announced today, effective for contracts written starting May 27, 2025, the GST rebate for first-time home buyers has been introduced. GST Exemption details are as follows:

- Homes valued up to $1 million: Rebate of up to $50,000
- Homes valued between $1-1.5 million: Rebate of up to $25,000
