Some places sell on the kitchen. This one sold on the creek.

Helped my buyers on this one, and most of the work was slowing things down — walking the land twice, talking through what it actually costs to own something like this, and making sure the decision held up on paper as well as it did standing in the trees.

Well-informed, not rushed. That's the whole job.
