📊 Victoria Real Estate Market Update – September 2025

The fall market is showing a healthy balance:

Single-family homes: Prices rose to $1.22M (from $1.17M), with more sales and slightly faster turnover.

Townhomes: Both prices and sales increased, though homes are taking a little longer to sell.

Condos: Prices and sales dipped, with units sitting on the market a bit longer.

Waterfront homes: Average sale prices soared, but fewer properties changed hands.

Overall, we’re seeing steady growth in detached and townhomes, with buyers and sellers adjusting to seasonal trends.
